Writer, comedian, actor, and one of Toronto’s most enduring clowns. Best known for his alter ego, the zombie clown Jean-Paul Mullét, a persona Allan has embodied for 19 years. In 2018, Allan launched meMullet TV on YouTube. Earth's oldest entertainer is the internet's newest star.

A fixture of the Toronto comedy community, Allan has created, produced, and performed in countless shows. Voted Toronto's 'Best Male Improviser' in the Now Magazine Readers’ Choice Poll. Conceived of and co-wrote A Tale of Momentum & Inertia, a viral and multi award-winning animated short. Television credits include Murdoch Mysteries and Orphan Black.
